Elara Diamond Co. offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no shipping charge to the customer.

Premade jewelry orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Loose diamond orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom jewelry production and shipping times vary depending on the design, materials, and approval process. Customers will receive an estimated timeline directly before the custom order is finalized.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times begin after the order has been shipped and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Elara Diamond Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
