Refund policy

Customers have 10 calendar days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included. Please contact us at info@elaradiamondco.com before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Custom-made, engraved, resized, altered, or special-order jewelry is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
